ACCESSIBILITY AT TEMPUS PROJECTS
Tempus Projects strives to make all programs and facilities accessible to all. We acknowledge and understand that “accessible” means something different to each individual, and we encourage all guests and artists to contact us with any questions or concerns. We will work to ensure you have a meaningful arts experience in our space.
In our new facility at 1624 E 7th Ave, we have an elevator and an ADA-compliant path to our entrance, entryway, and restroom. All exhibitions are designed with ADA standards in mind, ensuring a clear path to view all artwork and properly heighted wall text. Seating is always available in the gallery. Verbal descriptions, guided tours, and by-appointment private viewings are available upon request. ASL interpreters are available on request for all verbal presentations. Service animals of all kinds are welcome.
DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION AT TEMPUS PROJECTS
Tempus Projects is dedicated to making all feel welcome, considered, represented, and celebrated. We aim to create a space for artists of all backgrounds, races, ethnicities, national origins, genders, sexual orientations, ages, abilities, disciplines, and socioeconomic statuses. We acknowledge the deeply ingrained inequities in every facet of our society, and we hold responsibility for our role in their existence. We believe the arts play a critical role in the education, communication, and healing of injustices, and we commit ourselves to serving our community in this way.
Tempus Projects does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
