Tampa’s renaissance is energizing a range of opportunities for diverse local creative artists and arts organizations to

enhance the cultural elements of Tampa's national brand. A critical boost for our arts scene would be more affordable space for diverse artists in various disciplines to live and work in Tampa. With that in mind, A group of local leaders and artists in Tampa have invited Artspace Consulting, the nation's leading nonprofit developer of affordable living/workspace for artists and arts organizations, to help us assess the feasibility of a local arts development.
